There are people everyday who go out thinking that they sure would love to have  a cute little ,sweet parrot. They go out buy one and as it grows and changes  it may become loud, bite hard or obtain bad habits that causes the family to not be able to interact with it no longer..People move after purchasing a pet bird and realize that maybe there job or lifestyle has changed and they may no longer be able to take the pet bird with them or a loved one dies and the family of the deceaced may not have proper knowledge to handle a large bird with a bone breaking bite, lots of different scenarios are reasons we see a high demand for our free service to the public. everyones situation we come across is unique and different,sometimes due to lack of proper training or knowledge causes a broken relationship but not loss of love between a person and his pet.Some birds go thru hormone changes causing undetermined mood swings and biting,feather picking, self destruction,mutilation,mate mutilation,.some birds take special training and habit breaking techniques wqhich require a very high level of patience and time that the average working person is not able to provide thus causes the birds health and chance of being a quality pet slimmmer as days go by.As we all know Pet shops are in the pet selling business to make money and sometimes dont educate a person and will sell anything to anyone to make money In return had they educated and helped select the right bird for the situation a better pet experience may be aquired for long term. Most reputable breeders usually are called from classifieds and such from people who usually know what there after and purchase a baby not knowing the specifics about the birds natural habits as an adult, such as Congo greys and cockatoos are loud and very intelligent birds who need several brain busting toys to keep them self occupied. when boredom strikes or not enough attention is given they are famoous for feather plucking and become very loud obnoxious birds who end up out of control and become  bad biters. and a bird this size can remove a finger in a single bite.very strong beaks.so now this cute little cuddlable bird you once had has grown and is not the same lil baby bird you could always hold kiss and pet. so we then advertise this big bald biting bird and noone wants it what do we do.? Thats why we designed this rescue to help out in these situations.we have very knowledgable rehabilitation on biters screamers,featherpluckers etc. we offer a free rescue and will mos of the time come to you if necessary. we do not sell our rescues nor breed them. they stay in our home for the rest of there long lived life. we have a very extreme passion for feathered frinds and we enjoy the uniqueness of there intelligent minds as we watch them try new things daily. there little feathered birds are some of the most beautiful animals on earth to us. we have had a very high sucess rate in the rescue business in the past ang intend on keeping that rate as high as possible . if we can serve you, educate you, or answer and questions you may have about your avain friend please feel free to use our contacts page and we will do all we can to help you resolve any problems you have.
