Our goal is to provide a Troubled,Unwanted bird with the best a home has to offer.We offer the highest quality pet care.We love each and every pet as if we raised it ourself,and we understand that every pet is and requires different and unique structuring to maintain the highest level of trust and bond between human and pets.each pet has its own needs in life and special attention to insure the quality of life for the animal.

We appreciate everyones thought and input and we do own and have personal birds that we do and have adopted out in the past as well as rescue birds.Most Macaws and Large birds we take in never leave our home. they stay here forever.Certain exceptions apply.However from time to time we get so many smaller birds that the numerous amounts of small cages take up so much space that we do initially place them into quality homes.Anyone who surrenders a bird to us is fully aware of what we do and how we do it here as well.We try to find time to keep previous owners updated and photos on their friends well being,health and accomplishments thru email,and sometimes phone contact regularly.

 Were Located on Lake Wawasee in Syracuse,Indiana.Were a self funded Rescue who funds all of the Gasoline,Cages,Avian bills,Feed,Toys etc out of pocket .We have yet to ask for a penny from donations or government associations.in 10 plus years..We are not affiliated with any Government funding.So we take pride in what we offer as a service to the general public.We're currently expanded our room and are serving all of Indiana,Michigan,Ohio,Illinois. We provide a Total Rescue & Sanctuary service to accomodate troubled birds,abused,pluckers,biters,screamers,retired birds, or just a pet who needs a good home.We do not buy birds so please do not inquire about selling us a bird.We also Do not breed any Rescue animals.Were a No Kill Rescue!If you  a friend or anyone you know may be thinking of surrendering their pet bird feel free to contact us at anytime to make arrangements or to just inquire about our service,Or even Educate the owner on the issues and maybe try to resolve it to be able to keep your bird so both of you have a happy ending!.

We have a combined 25 years of large bird breeding,handling ,rehabilitating experience.
